Half-Day Consulting Session

How I work is I start with a half-day consult to discuss your most pressing needs and also to see if we are a good fit.

Every engagement I take on begins the same way. Before strategy, before frameworks, before any plan gets built — there is a four-hour session where we sit down and I listen. You tell me where the business is, what is keeping you up at night, and what you are trying to accomplish. I ask questions. We figure out together whether working together makes sense.

I do not skip this step. I do not shorten it. And I do not take on consulting clients any other way. The half-day consult is not a sales call. It is the work.

What Happens in Four Hours

We start where you are. Your most pressing problems come first — whatever is in front of you right now that you cannot get past. That might be a valuation gap you do not understand, a leadership team that cannot run the business without you, a customer concentration issue that is making buyers nervous, or a growth ceiling you cannot break through.

From there we go deeper. I use the Exit Ratio 360™ framework as the lens — nine scored components that tell you exactly where your business stands and what needs to move before you are ready for an exit or a growth push. You do not have to know the framework. I run it. You answer questions. We find out what is real.

By the end of four hours you will know three things: what your biggest leverage point is, what is most likely to kill your deal or cap your valuation if you stay on the current path, and whether the two of us working together is the right move.

The half-day consult protects both of us. You get an honest read on your situation before you commit to anything. I get a clear picture of what you are actually dealing with before I tell you what to do about it. Neither of us wastes time on a fit that is not there.

If we are a fit, we talk about what comes next. If we are not, I will tell you that directly — and point you toward someone who is better suited for where you are.
